Food Vendor Policy
Our open vendor policy allows you to bring in food of your choice from your favorite restaurant, chef or caterer.
Event Essentials
Provided complimentary to your booking are the following essentials: The use of the Kitchen/Bar area, Tables/Chairs (excluding linen), Trash Cans/Liners, stocked basic toiletries, AC/Heat, Electricity, basic cleaning supplies/products, and the lounging area.
Parking
Parking at the venue is conveniently located next to the property. The day of your event, proper signage will be placed in the appropriate areas to assist your guest.
Post Cleaning Services
If you feel you are unable to return the space to the original condition due to partying in excess or fatigue we recommend that you secure our “Post Event Cleaning Service” at a flat rate of $200.00.
Book W/Flexibility
Flexible booking times ensure you have all the time need for your event from beginning to end.
Kitchen
Complimentary to the venue, enjoy the kitchen which includes an industrial refrigerator, freezer, and warmer; in addition to a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a stainless steel prep table. No stove is equipped with this space as cooking on site is not permitted.
Bar
A small bar area to serve your guest is complimentary to your booking (spirits/beverages not included).
Linen
As a paid add-on, rent our chair covers. Click on the link below for pricing.
LED Lighting
Our lighting has been replaced with modern state of the art LED panels.
