steps to reserving your event

Press "book now" below to complete the application. Please make sure you are booking enough hours to include your setup and breakdown time as it is not included in your booking.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive a User Agreement in addition to your invoice.  Your User Agreement must be signed and emailed back to info@venueatchester.com.   If you do not plan to get event insurance, you must read & sign the " Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Waiver Agreement" located on the last page of the User Agreement.  Please note, your invoice will include your total cost, and the amount of your reservation deposit which can be paid online through paypal.

Once we've received your signed "User Agreement," including your "Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability & Waiver Agreement" (if you decide not to provide event insurance), and your reservation deposit; your date has been reserved!

 

**If your event is within 14 days of your proposed reservation, the total amount is due in addition to your "Damage Deposit" in order to secure your date**

14 days prior to your event, the remaining 50% in addition to a refundable damage deposit in the amount of $250/$350 (teen events) is due.
